Shipping timeline.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM Eastern Time will begin processing that day, excluding holidays.
These orders will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification.
All orders placed after 1 PM Eastern Time will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours.
Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM Eastern Time will begin processing on the following Monday.
Art Deco Fashion Group will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock
or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
We use UPS, DHL and FedEx and they do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.

We use UPS and US Postal Service for delivery.
Only US Postal Service delivers to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes.
UPS delivers only to street addresses.
We do not offer Saturday delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items.

What is your return policy?
It is common sense and rather easy.
First, the returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt
for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.
Second, you should contact ILoveArtDeco.Com first TO OBTAIN THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Send your return/exchange request to returns@ILoveArtDeco.com.
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the Return Authorization Number.
Returns and exchanges without the Return Authorization Number will not be processed.

Where do I send my return or exchange?
The mailing address will be sent to you in the email along with the Return Authorization Number.
You should contact ILoveArtDeco.Com first TO OBTAIN THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Check when you received the merchandise.
If it is within 14 days, and the shirts were not worn, altered, washed and de-tagged,
send your return/exchange request to returns@ILoveArtDeco.com.
When the Return Authorization Number is received and you have the mailing address,
securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box or envelope.
Send it back to us using an insured service to the address you received in the email.
The insured service will provide you with recourse on your package,
as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
When will I get my refund?
Once your package has been received at ILoveArtDeco.Com, your refund will be processed within five business days.
You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction
to your account once they have received the information from ILoveArtDeco.Com.
